About
2019 01 RGB Columbia Magazine.jpg

The founder of the first arts based "alternative to incarceration" in NYC, Rachel has worked to keep more than 1,400 young people out of jail and the criminal justice system.

Rachel's keynote shares her unlikely story as an Australian architect who went on to transform the way judges and attorneys related to arrested youth—not as criminals but as extraordinary young people with profound wisdom we can all learn from.

In her humorous yet powerful talk Rachel demonstrates how each of us is uniquely suited to change the world.

"Rachel moved my audience to tears while inspiring them to change the world. We really can do anything.”

—Clarissa Rayward, Happy Lawyer Happy Life

"Hands down the best speaker we've booked. Her story is remarkable, she is articulate and her presentation stunning. A lot of people talk about changing the world, but Rachel is one of the few that make it happen”

—Paul Fairweather, Designscape
